Dai Gyakuten Saiban Resources

WE DID IT

Compiling DGS resources for those who are not fluent in Japanese or have no means to play the game in general. Note these are resources that I'm aware of and if there are more valid sources, I will gladly include them on this list!

Scripts:
-Hikari Kaitou has been the one providing me the scripts for my LPs. She is ok sharing the script by request and as long as you own the game(s).
-Dowolf's script of the first game, not including Case 1. Be aware that he has taken a lot of liberties to "localize" the game, meaning names have been changed, along with some dialect (Ex: Susato saying Sir Raitou instead of Naruhodou-san.)

Videos:
-My voiced LP for DGS1 + DLC Episodes. All dialogues are voiced and while a straightforward playthrough with little backtracking, if the script provides it, I do analyze stuff and press extra dialogue as well. All DGS2 Cases+DLC are also available. I previously streamed my first blind playthrough of 2 as well. If you don't mind hearing me constantly dying to feels, you can find them posted into this folder
-DGS with subtitles. The original translator dropped the project and now this group is subbing the game. All of DGS1 and 2 is subbed with a few DLC stuff.

Fantranslation:
If you have a homebrewed 3DS or Android, and purchased a legitimate copy of DGS (Physical or Download), a team known as the Scarlet Study have been fan translating the game so you can play it in english by using their patches. Currently, the first game has been fully fantranslated along with the first 3 cases of DGS2. Android version is currently not working due to a patch Capcom put through back in 2020.

Mobile App:
Both games are now available on the Android and iOS for around $20-30 each. iOS has it where you can play the first case free in both games I believe (I am an Android user so I may not be up to snuff with iOS). You'll have to have a Japanese account laying around somewhere to download them. Scarlet Study has instructions on how to do this on an Android

Update: Currently you cannot purchase these games on mobile and in the eshop(?), probably due to the Chronicles annoucement.
