If you follow one of the streams that flow into Lake Niras, you'll find a clearing with a treehouse. It's secluded and not too far out from town, so you won't run into anything dangerous. Oh, and I think that treehouse has been abandoned for a while, at least I haven't seen any sign of use when I've been there.
